Who We Are

Silverspoon Bowmen is a target archery club based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The club was founded in 1975 and operates as part of the British Sugar Sports & Social Club. The club is affiliated to the Grand National Archery Society (GNAS), the East Midlands Archery Society (EMAS) and Lincolnshire County Archery Society.

Where & When We Shoot

During the winter months, typically October - March, the club shoots: - Indoors on Tuesday & Thursday Evenings, starting at 7.30pm, at the British Sugar Sports & Social Club. - Outdoors on alternate Saturday Afternoons, generally the 2nd and 4th Saturdays in the month, starting at 1.30pm, at the Gleed Girls School. In summer, typically April - September, the club shoots: - Outdoors on Tuesday & Thursday Evenings, starting at 6.30pm, at the Gleed Girls School - Outdoors on alternate Saturday Afternoons, generally the 2nd and 4th Saturdays in the month, starting at 1.30pm, at the Gleed Girls School.

Membership

To become a member of Silverspoon Bowmen, you either need to be an experienced archer or, if you are new to archery, attend one of our Beginners Courses, the details of which can be found by clicking the navigation link on the left. Annual fees are as follows: GNAS fees - £40 seniors, £23.50 juniors Archery Club fees - £50 senior, £30 junior British Sugar Sports & Social Club fees - £10.
